Bluewater was started January 1991 from a garage in Alameda by my brother Todd and myself. Our first year we had a handful of employees, a couple of service vans, and concentrated on residential asbestos abatement work. Over the years we have grown our business to offer a comprehensive list of services which includes mass demolition, interior demolition, asbestos/ lead/ mold abatement, underground tank removal, soil remediation and other specialized hazardous abatement services and hazardous/ non-hazardous hauling services.

Part 2 — One Stop Shopping
We truly offer, "one stop shopping" by offering demolition and abatement
services all with the same crews, one contract, and one schedule. We do all our
hauling in house and recycle all non-hazardous waste at our recycle facility
located in our yard. Used industrial equipment in unusually good condition is
put up for sale on our web site. We remove UST’s,
hoists, sumps, etc and lab pack chemicals, paints, solvents in house with our
own crews.
