SCOPE:

Hazardous materials remediation and soft demolition to properly remove, package, transport and dispose of the building finishes and components that are NOT part of the historical fabric. Very detail oriented work.

 

TASKS:

Removal of all asbestos containing materials (friable and non-friable) from ground floor to attic. Perform temporary protection of historical finishes on the path of travel. Perform soft demo of non-historic finishes and components.
