• Limits: Each Occurrence $2,000,000.00 Aggregate $5,000,000.00

Auto Liability (Covers all trucking, including hazardous waste trucking)

• Carrier: Century National Located in Irvine, CA
• Rating: XX + 2
• Each Occurrence $1,000,000.00 Aggregate $6,000,000.00

Workmen’s Comp

• Carrier: State Fund Insurance Compensation, Located in Irvine, CA
• Rating: Guaranteed by the State of California
• Limits: Set by Legislature on 1/3/05
• Mod Rate: 82%

Notes:

• Certificate requests only take up to 24 hours to process and endorsement requests can take up to two weeks (wc/State Fund)
• All insurance certificates are handled through our Contract Administrator Department at (510) 904-3903
• Additional coverage limits are available for a fee. Please give all your insurance requirements to our estimator before he prices your work to ensure we have your insurance needs covered.
