- Scope of Work: Remove asbestos containing fireproofing on the structural frame of the building which was retrofitted to meet new seismic requirements.
- Size of Project: 100,000 square feet.

- Size of Project: 79,325 square feet / 5450 linear feet.

- Scope of Work: Remove all of the asbestos containing material from the administration building. Remove all of the loose and peeling lead containing paint from the building. Demolish the administration building to clear land.
