Our Facility

In January 2002 Bluewater moved to a 5-acre site, which was previously owned by Watson Trucking. We have a 10,000 SF warehouse, 4,000 SF of office space and 4.5 acres of asphalt yard space.

We are located at 2075 Williams Street in San Leandro, just off the Marina Blvd. exit. Here are some of the highlights of the new facility, which are contributing to our success and helping us set apart from our competition.

Recycle Capacity

All clean waste is transported to our site for sorting into metal, clean wood, concrete, cardboard and carpet. The recyclable material is shipped to certified recyclers and the balance of the waste is transported to a local landfill. This process cuts down the waste transported to the landfill by 60-70% and fulfills our moral obligation to do everything we can to reduce landfill disposal.
