Bluewater Services believes the project management team is one of the factors of our organizations success. Our core group has been together since 1995 and has effectively managed our growth from a small one-discipline contractor to a much larger operation offering many different services.
Sales/Operations

Chris Kirschenheuter President
Chris is responsible for overall management of the company, providing direction, focus and consistency. He oversees all safety, administrative, sales and financial operations. In addition to the above duties, Chris also provides project estimates and project management for selected projects.
Prior to entering the abatement business in 1985, Chris spent ten years working in Aberdeen, Scotland for Santa Fe International as their Corporate Safety Director for Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
Chris is a founder and 50% owner.

Todd Kirschenheuter Vice President (Operations)
Todd has overall responsibility for all field operations including project personnel, warehousing, trucking and maintenance operations. In addition to the above duties, Todd also provides project estimates and project management for selected projects. Prior to founding Bluewater Services, Todd worked for Barsottis Inc. as a general superintendent. Todd is a founder and 50% owner.

Julian Sanzo-Davis Vice President (Safety Operations)
Julian has overall responsibility for all field operations, similar to Todds duties. However, Julian focuses on contract specification, compliance and safety issues. In addition to the above, Julian handles all Bluewaters hospital operations providing project estimates and project management. Prior to joining Bluewater Services, Julian worked in operations for a large Bay Area abatement contractor. Julian joined Bluewater Services in December 1998.

Ramon Parra General Superintendent
Ramons duties include inspecting jobsites to ensure compliance with job specifications, production goals and safety goals. He also is involved in other aspects of operations like personnel selection, equipment requirements, accident prevention training and safety meeting compliance. Ramon is one of our key problem solvers and visits up to five jobsites each day performing various duties. Prior to joining Bluewater Services, Ramon did a similar job for one our largest competitors. Ramon joined Bluewater Services in April 2001.

Daniel S. Levine President of Gulfstream Services/Senior Project
Manager for Bluewater Environmental
Dan functions in two separate roles acting as the president for Gulfstream Services (a subsidiary of Bluewater) and estimator/project manager for Bluewater Services. Gulfstream provides the expertise to pull USTs and provide related underground services. In addition to his Gulfstream duties, Dan provides project estimates and project management for Bluewater Environmental, focusing on demolition activities. Prior to joining Bluewater, Dan held several executive management positions at a large pump manufacturing company. He ran operations in Singapore, Germany and all over the United States. Dan joined Bluewater in March 2001.

Dan Cross Senior Project Manager
Dans duties include maintaining ongoing client relationships, visiting job sites to produce project estimates and overall project management for his clients. Prior to joining Bluewater Services, Dan ran his own abatement contracting company and has over 20 years experience in this field. Dan joined Bluewater in March 2000.

Robert Wilson Senior Project Manager
Robs duties are similar to Dan Crosss; providing estimating and project management for a select group of clients. Rob handles all of our industrial and large development clients. These include companies near his hometown of Stockton. Prior to joining Bluewater, Rob ran a large industrial abatement contracting service in Richmond. Rob joined Bluewater Services in January 2004.

Office/Administration

Bernard Corderio—Controller
Bernard manages all accounting and information services as well as administrative
staff supervision and motivation. Prior to joining Bluewater, Bernard spent six
years as the Director of Operations for the Coyote Point Museum located in San
Mateo. Bernard has a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Notre Dame
de Namur University.

Neil Stevens—Special Projects
Prior to Special Projects
Coordinator, Neil was Bluewater's Controller for approximately 10 years. In an
effort to keep Neil's expertise and knowledge around a little longer, he has
agreed to work a few less hours and oversee our in-house projects, such as the
transition to paperless office.

Anabel Rameriez Human Resource Manager
Anabel handles all personnel duties,
processes payroll, administers our field air-monitoring program and ensures all
field staff are trained to the Bluewater training matrix standards. Anabel has
experience in personal and payroll services with one of our local competitors
and joined Bluewater in May of 2006.

Joan Evans — Collection Specialist
Joan has the job of calling our clients and asking for money. In
addition to helping us keep our cash flowing, Joan reviews our contract
documents for billing purposes. Joan is semi-retired, having worked for
Pankow General Contractors for many years as the office manager. Joan
joined our staff in March of 2005.

Jerrie Hughes Receivable Specialist
Jerrie processes all invoices and pays all our vendors. This sounds easy but effectively this is a very difficult and time sensitive job. Prior to joining Bluewater Environmental in June of 1995, Jerrie handled AP/AR duties for a large Bay Area bakery.

Joe Garcia—Bookkeeper
This position answers directly to the Controller with the primary job functions
being accounts payable, checking account maintenance and other accounting activities.
Joe joined our staff in November of 2006.

Angela Castro Senior Project Administrator
Angela is responsible for all contract administration functions and project
coordination functions, including pre-leins, insurance certificates, regulatory
agency notifications, document signatures, hazardous and non-hazardous manifests,
job set ups, scheduled start and end dates. She uses our SMART Contract set up
system and maintains our job board. Angela also handles all the same requirements
as they pertain to our subcontractors. Prior to joining Bluewater Services in
Aug. 2006, Angela performed similar duties for other construction companies.

Administrative Assistant—to be filled
Duties include answering phones, scanning documents, filing, assisting Angela
and Anabel as necessary.

Claudia Costa Project Administrator
Claudia performs the same duties as Angela, except for different estimators/project
managers. Claudia also is Todd personal assistant, handles sales calls, schedules
sales appointments and keeps the sales appointment calendar updated. Claudia
joined our staff in Jan. 2006, having previously worked for Fisher Development
for many years.

Warehouse

Efrain Aguilar Supplies Coordinator
Efrain was the first employee we hired in Jan 1991. Efrain coordinates labor for all Bluewaters projects. Efrains coordination efforts involve 25+ foremen, 125+ laborers, staffing between 15 25 projects daily. Efrain also coordinates the delivery and pickup of materials and equipment to and from jobsites. Prior to taking this position, Efrain worked for Bluewater in the field as a foreman.

Juan Guandique—Warehouse Manager
Juan assists Efrain in labor dispatching, pulling orders, keeping the warehous
stocked, coordinating supplies, and trucks to the job sites. Juan has been with
Bluewater since March of 2004.

Rikk Marshall Purchasing and Fleet Service Manager
Rikk's duties include the purchase of all field supplies, material, equipment,
vehicles, and oversight of the mechanical services for our fleet of 35 trucks.
This includes the supervision and direction of two full time mechanics. Rikk
is also responsible for all rental equipment and vehicles used on our projects.
Rikk worked for Alberto Brothers Jeep and Volvo Rentals prior to joining Bluewater
in 2003.

Ken Jones—Trucking and Recycle Sales Manager
Ken started working for Bluewater in November, 2006. His job responsibilities
inclued overseeing all trucking, recycling and bin rental services. Ken is also
our Recycle Sales Manager, overseeing sales of recycle materials, surplus equipment
and all project salvage items. Click here to see Ken's for Sale Items. prior
to joining Bluewater, ken worked for Plant Reclamation/F. Scott in a similar
capacity.
