Training Center —

We built a training center room complete with 25 desk, training aids and TV/ Video equipment. In addition to the mandatory training requirements the Union provides through their training center, we provide additional training that goes far beyond the regulatory requirements. We have created a training matrix, which will give you some idea of the immense volume of training required to produce a competent workforce.
